Set right at iconic Zuma Beach, this 1-mile loop course offers the perfect opportunity to run, jog, or walk surrounded by Zuma Beach’s costal beauty. Whether you're taking your first steps into racing, running with family, or simply moving for the fun of it — the Zuma Dash is a celebration of community and movement.

Every participant will be cheered across the finish line and awarded a commemorative medal to mark their accomplishment.

The 1-Mi Zuma Dash is a fun and exciting race designed for participants of all ages and abilities, starting and finishing at Lot 12 of Zuma Beach, right under the same start and finish line as the Half Marathon, 10K and 5K. The race kicks off at 3:00 PM, offering participants a unique experience.

  • The 1-Mi Zuma Dash Starts at 3:00 PM.

    You Can Pick Up Your Bib and Shirt Before the Start Time, anytime from 12:00 PM to 2:45 PM.

    Please Be Reminded That the Event Is Not Professionally Timed.

  • Both the start/finish line for the 1-Mi Zuma Dash is conveniently located at Zuma Beach Parking Lot 12 (about one mile in after entering through the kiosks at the main parking entrance).

    For seamless navigation, search for 'Zuma Beach, Malibu' in your GPS app, or enter the address directly: 30050 Pacific Coast Highway.

  • Ample Parking Is Available In The Zuma Beach Parking Lots, Located At 30000 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. The Parking Rates For These Lots Are Set By The County Of Los Angeles Beaches And Harbor Department.

    On Saturday, You Can Park For Free Along Pacific Coast Highway To Avoid Parking Fees At The Zuma Beach Lots.
