Malibu is accessible by various modes of transportation. Below are some options to help you plan your journey:

  • By Air: The nearest airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is approximately a 45-minute drive from Malibu. Rental cars, shuttles, and rideshare services are available from the airport.

  • By Car: Malibu is accessible via the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and the 101 Freeway.

  • By Public Transit: Although public transportation options might be available, we suggest getting around by car due to the vast distances between locations.

Directions to Malibu Moves Expo and Start & Finish Line at Zuma Beach

    1. Head North on S Sepulveda Blvd.

    2. Merge onto I-405 N toward Sacramento.

    3. Take exit 55B to merge onto I-10 W toward Santa Monica.

    4. Continue onto CA-1 N (Pacific Coast Hwy).

    5. Drive along Pacific Coast Hwy for approximately 20 miles.

    6. Zuma Beach will be on your left at 30050 Pacific Coast Hwy.

    Estimated driving time: 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Note: On race day, Zuma Beach will only be accessible through Westward Beach Rd. Make a left turn on Westward Beach Rd. first, and then turn right into the parking lot.

    1. Head North on N Main St.

    2. Merge onto US-101 N via the ramp to I-110 N.

    3. Take exit 1A to merge onto I-110 N toward Pasadena.

    4. Merge onto I-10 W toward Santa Monica.

    5. Continue onto CA-1 N (Pacific Coast Hwy).

    6. Drive along Pacific Coast Hwy for approximately 20 miles.

    7. Zuma Beach will be on your left at 30050 Pacific Coast Hwy.

    6. Zuma Beach will be on your right at 30050 Pacific Coast Hwy.
