  • With our worry-free cancellation and deferral policy, you can register early knowing your entry fees and add-ons are refundable if plans change. Processing fees are not refundable.

    Here’s how the policy works:

    • Nov 2024 - June 2025: Full refund – no questions asked!

    • July 2025: 70% refund or free deferral to 2026

    • August 2025: 50% refund or $15 deferral to 2026

    • Sept - Oct 17, 2025: No refund, $25 deferral to 2026

    • Oct 18 - Oct 26, 2025: No refund, $50 deferral to 2026
